What essential oils should I use?

I can give you:
*Recommendations on what essential oils can give you relief for various physical, mental, and emotional issues. There are many, many different things that aromatherapy can help with - a few examples are sprains, digestion, stress, headaches, depression, insomnia, energy levels, arthritis, circulation, menstrual problems, high or low blood pressure, and so much more.
*Contraindications and important health information about when to use or not use that oil. Free example: NEVER use an essential oil internally. Essential oils are very potent, and can dissolve plastic, or your digestive tract!
*A customized blend for you at the time of your recommendation that you can find & use and what to mix it with/how to use it for best results.
*A little bit about finding good essential oils (IE not at body shop).
Training & Qualifications
I have taken the CAHT program twice (Certified Aromatherapy Health Therapist), only not finishing the certification portion for the aromatherapy massage section as my work schedule got in the way of finding enough case studies within the time period necessary. I always had/have high marks on the knowledge portion (and the aromatherapy massage too for that matter).
I have over 35 essential oils that I work with personally, with knowledge of others also.
