We all have time we get lost in our direction in life. And times we just feel lost. Those are the times to call someone who can have an outside view of your situation while still understanding what you need to get you back on track. I will listen to you and what you are experiencing at this point in your life. We will discuss your goals and desired outcomes, and discuss the plan for you to move towards your life and your dreams. You can continue the sessions to help you keep on course and discuss anything else that you feel is not allowing you to live your best life. After an hour zoom meeting, you will have the opportunity to continue your sessions. You will also be sent a typed plan with action steps for the week.
Training & Qualifications
I received my Life Coach certification in2022. I was required to go through a series of five life coaching sessions plus intensive bookwork. To pass, I was required to perform a session with my instructor.
