Stuckness2Clarity Decision Support
45
Do you have a decision to make? Are you feeling stuck, or confused, about which option to commit to?
Or maybe, right now, you just don't have a sense of what options are available for you and are looking for support.
I will help you gain clarity on what you're facing, leading to a natural emergence of the option that is right for you.
Typically we'll work over two calls (an hour each), which you can pay for individually.
There will be flexibility in the process according to what shows up for you, and if appropriate I might suggest a simple, but effective, exercise or two that could help with the process after or between calls.
CALL 1: Get clarity on what you're facing
My approach will be to empathically enquire, ask you gentle questions that will help you unearth what's really going on for you. As underlying beliefs, hopes, and concerns are brought to the surface, you will have a clearer sense of where you stand in relation to the problem. This itself will help you gain clarity on a way forward that aligns to your heart.
CALL 2 (if needed): Get clarity on the right choice for you
This call will be to more fully pin down what choice you wish to take, and how you can practically start to move forwards.
Cancellation Policy: Please let me know as soon as possible if for any reason you need to change your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session start time will incur the full smbi fee. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will incur no charge.
Training & Qualifications
I have trained as a medical doctor, and have worked in NHS Psychiatry in the UK over 12 years. I moved out of medicine in 2013 though I still have my qualification.
I am a certified Permaculture Designer (since 2009), and draw on the Design Principles to support myself and others with Life-Design and transition, whatever they are facing. I do this work professionally.
I am also trained in an Emotional Breakthrough approach called Journeywork, qualifying and practising since 2002 through courses and retreats in England, Wales and Australia. It's one of the most powerful emotional healing processes I've come across. It works by allowing rather than resisting emotions, thus enabling them to come through and out, rather than stay stuck in the system.
I have also taken numerous trainings on Facilitation and Process Work, the latter is an approach empowering people to process challenging experiences and conflict. I have applied this in teams and groups to facilitate inclusive decision making processes, and support their implementation.
