Have you had something happen to you in the past that still hurts when something reminds you of it? A memory that bothers you?

If you feel the unforgiveness or hurt, who's body is the first to feel it? Yours is. What will happen to your body if you continue to carry all that hurt or unforgiveness inside of you for months, years to come?
I can help you release it. The past it's over and does not exist anymore. You can't go back to five year old or even yesterday... only in your mind. When you are remembering something hurtful, who's doing it to you now? There is no one but you in your head. You're the one doing it to you now. You are the director and all the actors of that movie. And when you realize that, you can take the control back, you can be in control of what you keep and of how you feel.
Releasing the hurtful feelings and emotions does not justify what has been done to you (or by you), it does not make it right, but it lets you get the freedom, it allows you to stop torturing yourself with the past, it allows you to keep the lesson and knowledge that was to learn from that experience, but release the hurt that continues to eat away at you.

Training & Qualifications
I am a life-coach who mostly uses FasterEFT in her work. I work with people's feelings and emotions, helping them with pretty much any personal problems they might have – physical and emotional health, fears, traumas, weight issues, relationship issues, grief and loss, bad habits, and much more. Although it's not the only one, I use tapping as my main instrument. I work with people one on one in person, via Skype (and other internet tools) and sometimes over the phone. I work in English or Russian, fluent in both. My regular rate is $100/first session and $60/follow up sessions.
