If you give me a list of addresses or gps points, I can put them on a map for you with attributes such as names, weblinks, or other important information. I am happy to discuss what you need from a project and given a list of 200 items or less I can create something to get you going to modify, or be engaged to do more. At these low levels of items you can host your information for free at arcgisonline.com.

Worked with geographic information systems for 20+ years and am very familiar with the arcgisonline interface.
