Sometimes, it is helpful to have an outside point-of-view to reflect back to you what you are saying in order to see things more clearly. Whether you are wanting to release an attachment to an old habit or way of thinking that is holding you back, or whether you need support to fully embrace the next step in your life, I am here to offer support, encouragement, and inspiration. I'll use my extensive experience in helping people in this manner to bolster your own resolve to proactively take control of your life. I can help you to see that you *do* have the power within you to step up and do what is right for you, whatever *you* believe that is. I have studied Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy, Conscious Communication, and Meditation.
I have been working with various people for many years, helping each to find, inside themselves, what they need in order to embrace "what's next" for them.
