I will put together a workout program that works with your personal needs & goals.
This is easily done in an app format so you have videos showing you what to do, the sets and reps needed, and changes as you go along. If you would like something long term, it can be structured that way as well.
Your goal will determine how I put this together, so we will be doing a free consultation, before anything gets created.
