My readings are very in-depth and I put a lot of work not only into understanding the cards but also in writing a clear and informative description of what the cards are telling me. This can take anywhere from an hour to all evening since reading and writing are two separate skills that take time to complete well, but I will perform everything as quickly as possible and let you know when I begin your reading and when you can expect to receive the finished file. Depending on what your questions are and how many cards are needed, it may also take some time to create a personalized spread, which we will discuss in the pre-reading conversation.

My reading style is heavily intuition based and I spend as much if not more energy in a reading interpreting the artwork of the individual cards and the way they work together in the spread as I do on interpreting the traditional card meanings. I generally don’t read with reversals, unless the deck or session calls for it, because each card has enough depth and meaning to it that it usually isn’t necessary to use reversals - the context of a reversed meaning will be clear through the cards position in the spread or relationship to the other cards. I try to keep my readings positive and helpful, but I will not wilfully mis-interpret or water down the message of a reading; if there is an unhappy or harsh message I will deliver it as kindly and as honestly as I am able.
