I will teach you how to make Applesauce from scratch, with no added sugar that is absolutely delicious!!!
When we agree on a deal, I will send you the necessary ingredients. When you have the ingredients and are ready for the lesson I will walk you through it step by step via skype or regular phone call.
This is super easy to make and the health benefits are AWESOME.
Just 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce provides about 100 calories and 2.7 grams of fiber, or 11 percent of the daily value. It's an especially good source of soluble fiber, the type that dissolves into a gel-like substance and helps maintain healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
This applesauce is so much better in taste and nutrition than any store bought brand. The fresher the better when it comes to nutrient retention and there is also the added LOVE factor that goes into everything you make at home.
Training & Qualifications
I have been cooking all my life and am very passionate about making meals from scratch using fresh whole ingredients. I have not studied culinary arts in any institution but practice cooking everyday, morning, noon and night. I am always reading books on healthy eating, sharing and sourcing wholesome recipes and sharing the sauces and foods I make with family and friends. I have gotten really great feedback from them and I truly love to share food. It is such a strong way to build cultural bonds and feel connected!
