Weekly Meal Planning

I will provide you with a weekly shopping list and meal plan. Each plan will include recipes for three meals and three snacks for a seven day period. Food preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs will be discussed during a 30 minute Skype session. If Skype isn't an option, the same things can be discussed through an email exchange. Your meal plan and shopping list will be delivered to your email within 24 hours of your Skype or email session. If you need clarification or disagree with a meal or item in the plan, I will work with you to get you exactly what you want.
Diets I have experience with include (but are not limited to) low carb, low sugar, low fat, gluten free, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, and whole30.
I am always willing to work with you. If you don't see something mentioned and have questions I am available to discuss each person's needs.
