I am a weight loss success story. I lost "half my size" when I was 50 years old after a lifetime of obesity and poor health. My focus is to bring the natural methods I used to others who suffer with weight they think they will never lose.

Today I am still at my goal weight after five years and now live in Bangkok, Thailand. I've published four books, shoot videos, travel, and photograph what I see. I could not being living this life if I was still pushing 300 pounds. The passion of my life is to convince my obese and ill brothers and sisters that they can do it too.

So that's why I 'm in Bangkok - to live as cheaply as possible and create the message and sell the parts of it I already published. I've traveled to many places in SE Asia now and I always dwell on how hard this would be if I was obese. It's hard enough to make my way, but at least I can sit in the chairs.
