I am an Amazon Author with four books published and 100+ on the way in various stages of development because I am diverse and I procrastinate and I get bored and distracted and don't complete my tasks when I hit a sticking point. Simbi is changing all of that.
I've been pushing my natural health and weight loss plan and lifestyle since I lost "half my size" almost six years ago at the age of 50. I have these books, websites, YouTube, photojournalism, coaching online and in person, and whatever else I decide to try. It's all about helping people escape from obesity like I did. I had every excuse in the book. If I can lose weight and be healthy and happy, anyone else can do it too.
