Often we think of self-care as taking care of our EXTERNAL self - going to the gym, getting a mani-pedi or massage, doing meditation or yoga, etc.
What we tend to underestimate is our INTERNAL self-care routines.
This session helps you focus on your Internal Self-Care and supports you in observing and taking steps towards building a healthier relationship with yourself, and towards creating amore empowered, confident and joyful version of you.

For the last 20 years I’ve dedicated my life in search for answers about what makes us happy and successful, and why we’re not, which started with my own struggle to find fulfillment and joy.
Along the journey I became a professional life and career coach, and I'm deeply passionate to see you step into your full potential, take ownership of your life, and embrace your greatness.
The people I coach range from artists and fashion designers to financial advisors, coaches, and company executives. What they all experience after our work together is greater awareness and knowledge about how they can create what they want for themselves, and empowerment in knowing that they are the OWNER of their life, and not a victim to their environment and circumstances.
