Meditation skills for the rest of us! I run into people ALL THE TIME who are discouraged about meditation. Someone has told them it will decrease anxiety or help them sleep, or make them calmer or ?? but all they find is the racing, chattering mind in their head! FAIL!
They quit in disgust. I'm here to help you keep at it!
Have you always wanted to try meditation but don't know where to start? Tried it & wish you could just talk to someone?
Think meditation is 'too hard' or you just 'can't do it'? I'll happily answer your questions, and get you set up for success with a strong do-anywhere practice.
We'll talk for up to 30 mins by Zoom or Skype or other technological wizardry.
(My recommendation is to schedule at least TWO sessions so that we can have a follow up session & address your questions. )
Training & Qualifications
I have been meditating in some form or another since childhood. I have tried various forms of meditation, and while I have allowed my own practice to land in Zen. I have taught countless people to meditate, and currently work with people locally and virtually to strengthen their meditation practices. Can I help you too?
