I can teach a variety of skills for example: hunting and fishing both as recreation and in a survival situation, survival skills such as: Primitive tool, shelters location, safety rules, water purification, what to do in a disaster or emergency, what you should keep with you at all times, fire making , friction fires, chemical fires, and reflective fires. I can teach you fun ways to start your fire that may just save your life as the more ways you know to start a fire the better chance you will have one of those ways available to you when you are cold wet and in immediate need. A few great examples are starting a fire with water , with a soda can, with a laxative pill, two sticks, making a single paper match light two fires, and the list goes on and on. I also can teach you to light a fire in any condition wet cold or in the middle of a lake. I can teach wild edibles but for the most part i will only teach this in person i can give you a few examples but eating plants from nature is very dangerous if you do not identify the plant correctly and simply is not safe to teach online.
Training & Qualifications
I have participated and taught outdoor primitive survival skills for 35 years in one form or another. Running several camping and high adventure outdoor youth groups over the years for both children and teenagers. I have trained through scouting the military and personal training all coming together to make a wide range of knowledge through both genres of survival belief systems, one with nature, and one to overcome nature. I personally tend to lean toward one with nature but am well versed with the philosophy of overcoming the obstacle in front of you as well. I no longer lead youth into the woods do to my disabilities but the knowledge can and is still passed on almost on a daily basis i look forward to helping you learn and understand what you can do for nature and what nature can do for you, the knowledge just might save your life someday.
