Looking to sell your home faster? Do you want your house to stand out from the rest? I can help! I will look at photos or videos of your home and give you instructions on how to stage it to sell. I will use what you have already and give you suggestions on what to add, what to remove, and what to change so that your home is more appealing to buyers. I can provide color suggestions and make suggestions on home improvements that give you bang for the buck! I can discuss any budget with you so I can advice you appropriately. Simbi price is for one room, but we can negotiate a price for an entire house. I can also prepare you for an open house. This service is for real estate STAGING service only- not full interior design service. I may post that as a service in the near future, depending on how this works 😉
Training & Qualifications
I have over 20 years of interior design experience as well as a degree in design. I have done residential and commercial projects of every size and budget in several states. I have worked with homeowners and realtors to stage homes to sell and have been featured in several magazines and publications throughout my career. I am also a feng shui consultant and color psychology consultant, which further helps me to stage homes to appeal to more people.
