1 hour video call where I will lead you through a personalized session. We'll set the camera up so we can see each other so I can show you examples if needed and I can see you to assist in adjustments and modifications.
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified yoga teacher registered with the international yoga alliance. (RYT200)
I have over 500 hours of additional training in fitness and lifestyle management and continuing education currently as a registered massage therapist.
