I will mediate a dispute between 2 or more individuals. Couples, friends, business, partners, parent-child, etc. I can help you identify the root cause of your dispute, identify a win-win solution, and provide you with tools to manage that decision going forward.
Training & Qualifications
In addition to possessing intuitive gifts as a problem solver, I also completed a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership where I first studied Systems Thinking, Authentic Dialogue, Scenario Planning, and other forms of effective listening and communicating. After my degree, I went on to self-study these skills and put them into practice in my own initiatives and as a trainer for other people and organizations.
