Are you having trouble knowing what to do to get in or back in shape? Have you reached plateaus that are preventing progress in your fitness levels or strength? Do you simply want a tailored work-out regimen to help burn some calories and help get you back in shape? I use research and evidence based research as a Physical Therapist to help develop plans and work out programs tailored for needs such as fat burn, hypertophy, muscle tone, and strength.
