Out-of-the-box Event Planning

Planning will take place in person or through Skype. It will be broken up into 2 sessions up to half an hour each in length. These sessions will happen within 7 days of each other.
The first session will be information gathering. We will discuss the details of what kind of event you want planned:
Who is it for?
What is the scope? Formal/Casual? What kind of things do you like/dislike? What is the budget?
Where would you like it to take place?
When do you want it to take place?
Why are we planning this event? Give me as much detail as you can
In the second session I will present you with all the details (including necessary contact information and locations to buy things) to plan the event based on the information you provided me in the first session. I stick strictly to the budget provided.
Training & Qualifications
I have created and directed multiple events for teens in partnership with our local library. I am also planning our high school 20th reunion.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free Monday thru Friday between 1 pm and 4 pm.
