Screenprinting advice
I've only recently embarked on the journey of screenprinting myself, and I have already learned so much from scouring the internet for informative videos, as well as trial and error. I use a one-color drawing fluid technique, though I hope to expand to photo emulsion and other methods, as well, once I have this one down pat. I was surprised that searching for screenprinting on Simbi didn't yield any hits, so I thought I would foray into offering what I've learned so far! I've already learned the hard way to always wash new screens first, after washing hours of work with drawing fluid melt away under screen filler on an unwashed screen...
Are you using different techniques? Do you have a lot experience under your belt already? I'd love your words of wisdom, too! Printing finer designs on paper is my particular avenue of interest.
Training & Qualifications
I have growing hands-on experience with screenprinting using drawing fluid. I started out using Speedball's starter kit, which offers a great set of resources for beginners that I definitely recommend.
