I work with parents of young children (toddler through elementary age) to address and improve challenging areas, including but not limited to:
-getting organized to better manage family logistics, resulting in less stress and less nagging
-figuring out discipline structures, drawing from popular parenting literature (Positive Discipline, Love & Logic, Whole Brain Child, and more)
-getting clear on your parenting values and being deliberate about your family culture
Training & Qualifications
I have a master's degree in public health and I am a Parent Coaching Institute-certified parent coach.
