I can offer a listening ear, be attentive, and be open to whatever you're comfortable in sharing. By no means do I think that one session will be able to change anything - and I am not a therapist. However, feeling heard is a good starting point.
There'll be some questions to gauge what that type of listening and support is more fitting and helpful to you.

Training & Qualifications
I've worked for a phone helpline for vulnerable populations and have been trained in active listening.
I practice non-violent communication, a method for connecting with others while respecting the opinions, values, and needs of others and myself - developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenburg
I am also a psychology student and researcher.
