I will either lead you through a 45min yoga class (style of your choice) or yoga can ask me any questions you might have about yoga. Questions can range from, determining what the best style of yoga is for your body to asking practical questions about the physical mechanics of yoga, to discussions on yogic philosophy. The time will be tailored to your needs, whether informational or kinesthetic.
Training & Qualifications
A 200 RYT that has been actively teaching since 2007. I own a yoga studio, mentor yoga teachers and actively participate in the local and international yoga community.
Availability & Preferences
Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
