Have a computer problem and don't know how serious the issue is? Most computer repair companies will charge you $100+ just to diagnose your computer! Even if it's just a matter of switching a setting or updating the firmware. That's where I come in! I used to work for a popular retail/computer repair company and am a current computer science student in college. I don't have all the resources the big companies do to fix major hardware issues, but before you drag your computer to those repair places to empty out your wallet, let me take a look at it! If I can't fix it, I can give you advice on the next best course of action.

* I can also look at tablets and smartphones, but due to the way most operating systems are set up I will not have as much access to settings/files to fix certain issues.
** I also do not offer over the phone services, due to past experiences being very unproductive. We will do a pre-consultation over the phone or web where I get information on your computer system and problem to get a better understanding of the situation before I take a look at the computer in person.
