- Creating your fitness goals
- Setting a doable training regimen
- Coaching confidence for all stages
- Helping with meal planning and/or dieting
- Keep track of your progress, see what areas need to change
I can also help with doing workouts with you via Skype- I own a couple and would be willing to do some with you if needed.
Training & Qualifications
I am a US Army veteran and through that training have learned how to be healthy in a way that is good for your body.
