Too often I have been obsessed with creating lasting social change, yet as a natural visionary, connector, and motivator, I usually can't help myself. In doing this, I've slowly begun to master a broad skill-set, which covers most types of communication, networking, and organizational development and management. Now I act as a life-coach and consultant ranging subjects from how to help businesses partner with the community in fundraising, to how to be involved in ending human trafficking, or how to start a weekend backpack program.

Also, being naturally creative, I lean towards all things innovative, artistic, colorful, and in writing word-play. I'd be equally tempted to create henna designs for a party where I might discover a new contact, write a post about ideas on how to help children make a difference, or speak on panel about human trafficking.

But, regardless of what skill you might find me honing, or brand of creativity I am dabbling in, I believe people and spiritual hope is more important than mission. Hence, my professional life is partially paused to raise small people, be available to grab coffee with someone who needs to process life, connect two lonely women in friendship, and inspire an organization with a new volunteer I found.
