I will help you assess your emotional health through proprietary testing and set effective and exact goals that will help you drastically reduce anxiety over the next few weeks.
Each session is 90-minutes. You will experience a profound shift in thinking with just 1 session. You can return for follow-up sessions if you like. The best success is experienced with 3-5 sessions.
If you are driven to learn and take the steps that work, then I can work with you. Whether it is social anxiety, work anxiety, anxiety from trauma, or other source, you will learn how to look at anxiety in a new way and walk away empowered.

I struggled with crippling anxiety for over 30 years, stemming from multiple factors, including childhood sexual assault. This program and approach was developed through my own personal journey and in conjunction with my husband who worked in private practice for over a decade counseling hundreds of clients through anxiety, depression, and addiction.
We have spent over 2 years developing the best approach we can bring to the table to help clients as effectively and quickly as possible. I would love to help you exexperience what it's like to live without anxiety.
Training & Qualifications
I am a lifestyle coach, mentor, and business consultant, served in the US Army, business owner, mother of 6, served as a Family Readiness Leader for 5 years.
I developed this program and approach with my husband who holds a Masters of Arts Professional Counseling, practiced professional counseling for 10+ years, and was a corporate trainer and course designer.
