Maybe you're reluctant to try zucchini. I mean it's just a weird looking cucumber right? Well no, it is not my friends. Zucchini is a delicious and nutritious vegetable that deserves to be a part of your life. Zucchini wants to be a part of your life. Let it be.

It's inevitable that one day your natural temptation and curiosity will force you to buy a single(or more) scrumptious zucchini from your local farmer's market/grocery store. You'll take it home and stand there mystified by the strange, funny sounding vegetable. You may then realize you don't know what to do with it. You've never cooked zucchini before and now you feel embarrassed with your impulsive decision making. But you remember your friend Ken knows how to make zucchini and has a humongous (a bit of an exaggeration but there's a lot) supply of recipes. You look at one of the recipes sent and decide to make it. Upon tasting the recipe, your life changes. No longer can you go back to the mediocrity of other common vegetables. You're a hard core zucchini eater now and you demand only the greatest of vegetables prepared in the most elegant ways. On the other hand, you make dislike it (rare occurrence since zucchini is wonderful) but you can bask in the satisfaction of trying something new. So what's to lose?
