A Swedish Institute graduate working as a Licensed Massage Therapist at two established, client-centered massage studios in Manhattan as well as in hotels and with private clients, specializing in therapeutic & deep-tissue massage and Thai massage; certified in perinatal massage; bilingual (Russian/English).

My initial training started as far back as 1993, when I took my first Therapeutic Massage course while studying in an institute of technology in Russia. Though my main career centered around computers, between 2002 and 2013 I continued to practice massage as a hobby and took numerous courses in Thai Massage — here in New York, with Ananda Apfelbaum, and at the Thai Institute in [then] Virginia.
Finally in 2014, fixed on the idea of turning massage into a second career, I enrolled into the Massage Therapy program at the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences, studied hard, polishing my skills at the P.H. Ling Clinic there, then graduated in 2015, and has since worked as an LMT at Lenox Hill Massage on UES (261 E 78 St), Massage Greenpoint in Brooklyn, and Yelo Spa in Midtown (5 E 57 St).

Very health-conscious myself, I have a passion for helping my clients improve their physical and emotional well-being through bodywork — and, in general, for helping healthy people get healthier. Well-versed in Swedish & Thai, among other modalities, I blend the most effective techniques to provide each client with a custom session every time.
