I am tense enough that if I don't get a massage it is going to result in injury because I am agressive in my workouts, I go hard. And it has been way too long because everyone I have been to does no good outside of a little feel good for a few minutes, and it costs an arm and a leg for nothing because they are to scared of liability to go hard enough to actually do any good. Useless. I need help please. And not guys. I don't know I had that before and it just weirded me out the whole time.
