I have a bosu ball, and have forgotten what I can do with it- and a few other pieces of gym equipment I could use advice on- like the total gym- I use it but I bet I could be using it better.... and enough people out there know about fitness and I'm sure could help :)

About Larysa Happiness Archaeologist

I love to learn. I have degrees in Theater and Vocal Performance with minors in Psychology Religious Studies and Dance. Masters degrees in Holistic Counseling, Holistic Leadership, Expressive Arts, ...and Mental Health, I am trying to finish the CAGS in Mental Health and actually need an internship for this fall for 500 hours with 1/week supervised by a licensed therapist- so if you know any places that could take me I'd be eager and grateful to hear about them. I would love to work with cancer patients, Veterans, and am interested in learning to help others overcome pornography addictions as they are becoming more and more prevalent. I can't wait till I'm not a newbi so I can exchange for massage! I also have a history in makeup artistry, Henna body art, Glamourology waterproof body art.
