Yoga and Meditation Guidance
For our first session we will discuss your level of experience and what kind of practice you're looking for, something more active or more restorative. I will also guide you through the foundational sun salutation sequence and observe your practice. After our intial meeting, we'll continue to meet once a week over Skype, during which I'll introduce a sequence for your week based on your needs. I'll include some familiar postures and one or two new postures to help you build your practice and keep things exciting, while maintaining stability. We can also practice meditation together over Skype to help you strengthen your focus and ease your stress.
Training & Qualifications
I have over 10 years of experience practicing yoga and meditation and am familiar with both restorative and active forms. I offer one-on-one and group yoga sessions in my community and attend workshops with mentors to grow my practice. I don't teach for money, as I believe yoga is something that should be accessible to everyone.
