Hi! I offer advices and experience sharing about introspection.
It is very important to do introspection but more importantly to do it right. How to know yourself in the fullest. I have read a lot about Carl Jung in psychology and Quantum physics . I am a spiritual person for what it means and i have a non judmental open mind.
I just want to help people so give it foward. We can chat and see if we need skype time or simple texting
Training & Qualifications
Im an only child and introvert so spending time in my head was all I knew to do. I got depressed very badly for several years from emotional trauma in my past. I have met extraordinary people along the way who inspired me to change and take control. I got out of my depression by myself and currently still working on anxiety. I have very personal knowledge of those two and i believe I can help you with some tips.
