We will map out your personal fitness objectives and tailor our workouts to meet those targets you've established. Based on the targets you have set, I will not only accompany you in obtaining your health aspirations, I will also provide you with knowledge published from peer reviewed journals supporting the workouts we customize for you. I have years of experience in weight lifting, long distance running, cycling, yoga, etc.! From advanced to novice, I will be of assistance to all and am excited to help! I have a pre-med background, am currently employed in the medical field, and have a Bachelor's of Science in psychology from BSU. I love working with people and supporting them in healthy, life-changing habits! Let's get you scheduled and begin a new chapter in your life for a healthier you!!!

My schedule shifts each week Monday through Friday from day shift to evening shift; however, we can organize an exercise routine that works for you still. Weekends are even up for grabs.
