Yoga fuels my soul. After five years of practice, I expanded my depth knowledge and became a certified yoga instructor in 2017. Although I don't have the opportunity to teach as much while traveling, I am using this time to delve deeper into the vast pool of yogic theory.

My collegiate work focused on visual arts. I explored painting, but found passion in screen printing. My works can be found on the Etsy link listed. While traveling my creative energy has been put into small crafts, music, and writing.

Authenticity, health, and process are all very important to me. I desire to make authentic connections with others and practice honesty with myself. I am passionate about health in every aspect of life. Mental health. Healthy relationships. Healthy environments. Authenticity and health fall under my overall intention to focus on process. How I do things is more important than what I do. Quality over quantity.
