I will listen first and foremost. I will talk to you about ways to naturally and freely reduce: anxiety, depression, unrealistic expectations, love/relationship problems, occupational related issues. I will share my life experiences in hopes of making you feel comfortable and able to recognize how we are all flawed and need each other in different ways. I will boost your confidence and self worth by explaining the pressures of societal standards and unhealthy programming. I will guide your will to focus on what is important for your well being and what is detrimental to your well being. I will give my undivided attention to our discussion. I will guage your needs and personality and make sure that I am helpful and not critical of your situation. Remember that in counseling, both parties are benefiting from the exchange. I take life seriously but I also know how to let loose and get footloose. Lol. This service is able to be applied to anyone that is willing to share their situation and listen to my feedback. I can provide treatment advice for medical issues although I developed this particular service as more of a platform for therapeutic discussion.
