I will help you find a good solid reason to change and stick with a healthy eating life style. When we find our WHY we connect on an emotional level, and to remember that WHY in the weak moments can have a huge impact on keeping you on track with your goals. I will help educate you on the foods you're eating in hopes of enlightening you on what you're putting in your body. I will offer recipes, food alternatives and anything else related to nutrition and health you may need help with. I am an advocate for healthy eating and living, not only for weight loss, but to simply feel good in our skin. When we feel good on the inside our outside shines.
