During a personalized wellness coaching session, I'll delve into an in-depth review of your current health, what life factors may be involved in your issue/s, and what progress we're making. I'll then advise you as to just what steps you can take to address your issues using natural healing modalities.
This advice may include suggestions based in the usage of essential oils, or the pursuit of regular follow-up Reiki healing sessions. Alternately, this coaching session may primarily take the form of a guided qigong meditation structured to help you rebalance your energy, and literally get a feel for just what areas you may need to address. Throughout the guided meditation, you'll engage in some deep breathing exercises, and you may experience your own qi, or "life force energy", and chakras in ways that you haven't before if this work is new to you. Each personalized wellness coaching session is different.
