I offer a customized integrative massage, whether you’re looking for relaxation, pain relief, reduction in swelling or inflammation, or a combination. I incorporate a variety of modalities based on the client’s requests. Modalities I am trained in include: neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, oncology massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage.
