I know sometimes it seems that life can really knock us down, and sometimes we can be left wondering what to do, what now? The dreams we wanted seem so far away, and we can give up hope in ourselves and our visions.
Let me give you back the inspiration you need and help put you back on your righteous path to your utmost happiness and fulfillment.
All the answers you need are inside of you. The courage, the brilliance, and the strength that you inherently possess are there for you to claim whenever you need.
Sometimes you just need an empathetic soul-friend to truly listen and ask the right questions to help remember what you already know and guide you along on your journey.
Training & Qualifications
I am an empath, lightworker, sound healer, creative soul, artist, and poet/ songwriter. I have a multicultural upbringing (Korea/US) and have also lived in China, Kenya, and Mexico.
I spent my 20s working towards a prestigious international career that I thought I wanted, all the while being depressed and stressed, and ended up ruining my mental and physical health. Then in 2019, I went through a painful but liberating spiritual awakening which propelled me onto a harrowing journey of deep self-discovery and self-love.
Since then I have committed to living a life that is more true and authentic to my soul - and while it was not easy finding my "Life Purpose" (because generally it finds you, not the other way around), and I had to go through a lot of trial and error for a few years - I do believe that one of them is helping other souls out of depression, hopelessness, feeling lost, and lacking purpose - many of the dark emotions that I went through and have now thankfully conquered through practicing spirituality, faith, and mindfulness.
We all have some level of trauma and emotional wounds that we have received during our childhood and in our later years. While these wounds are not our fault, it is our responsibility to heal them so that we can break the negative patterns in our lives and become our best, most divine selves.
I am still just a novice on this journey, as healing is a lifetime assignment, and there is no deadline to meet as such - it's simply a matter of daily practice. But if I can somehow help to remove some of the pain and suffering from your life, then I would be most grateful for the opportunity.
