Make your own charcoal and Biochar!
65
I'll take you through the building of a simple charcoal retort that can be used to make charcoal from almost anything, wood, bamboo, pine cones, yard waste, even cloth and stale food!
This device pays for itself after a couple burns, and afterwards you can continue to make organic charcoal, using no electricity, from waste, Indefinitely.
This charcoal is great for cooking and blacksmithing alike, which is my main use for it.
I sell my charcoal, but I'd rather teach you how to make it free forever.
At about $16 dollars a bag for chunk charcoal retail, and being able to produce 2 bags a burn, this device will save you loads of money in it's lifetime.
Use storm waste and this will be organic, sustainably forested, high-performance charcoal that you can make in your own backyard, forever.
Training & Qualifications
I am a self-taught blacksmith and knife maker (also knife throwing instructor), and I built this device myself for less than $50.
So far its produced around $2000 worth of charcoal in 2 months.
