Whether your goal is eating better, saving money, going to the gym, going to bed on time or something else, it can help if you know someone else will be monitoring your progress. I will contact you (via email, text, or other arranged method) and ask you whether you've done what you've committed to do. We can arrange an interval (daily, weekly etc.) and a time period.

I am an expert at nagging. ;) In fact, I recently had a job which was about 90% emailing or calling people to ask if they had completed tasks.
