It sort of makes sense that after figuring out how to make tasty tea and cocoa I would turn my attention to coffee and start making flavoured coffees I liked as well. (Admittedly this was mostly triggered by the fact that my partner's neurologist said he needed to cut back on his caffeine intake, and enhanced decaf was easier to face.)

Like the cocoas, it is often harder to combine things with coffee that meet the ingredients standards my partner and I set that still brew well, but my partner and I have still managed quite a few: Chocolate Chicory, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cinnamon Chocolate Chile, Chocolate Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Pumpkin Spice. (Sadly, the pumpkin spice is not fully organic, but there's nothing artificial in it.)

Unfortunately, due to the extreme cost of vanilla powder, I cannot count our vanilla coffee as a single "batch" of coffee. If you would like the vanilla, please contact me directly to discuss.

All of our coffees can be blended caf or decaf. Our medium roast coffee is ground in house, at a medium grind. The dark roast is on the finer end.

Our chocolate coffees and the pumpkin brew best in a percolator, though French Press and Keurig will work. With the French Press we advise depressing the plunger slowly on those blends, and with the Keurig, you will need to make a well in the center of the coffee, to make it easier for all the material to get properly wet.
